Subscription
Monthly or yearly
You pay to use the system, and it stays updated, hosted and supported for as long as you subscribe. Yearly costs less; monthly is more flexible.
Suits: Anyone who wants to start at a low cost and would rather not think about servers or updates.

One-time purchase
A licence you keep
You pay for the system once and use it without a recurring subscription. The copy is installed on your own machines and keeps working, and major upgrades are optional.
Suits: Systems that run on the shop’s own machine, like the cashier and the pharmacy, and anyone who prefers one payment to a monthly commitment.

Full ownership
The system becomes yours
For systems built for you: you pay for the build and it becomes entirely yours. We hand over the source code, the data and the documentation, and you are free to develop it with any team.
Suits: Organisations that will not have their core system held by somebody else, or that have a technical team to carry it on.

Common questions
Which way is available for which system?
Ready-made systems go by subscription, and some also by one-time purchase when they run on your own machine. Anything built for you is full ownership. Tell us the system and we will tell you what applies.
Is pricing monthly or yearly?
Both are available on a subscription. Yearly costs less, monthly is more flexible, and you can move between them.
What happens if I stop subscribing?
You get all of your data in an open format. We do not hold anyone’s data hostage.
Is maintenance compulsory?
No. On a subscription it is already included; on a purchase or full ownership it is an entirely optional plan.
Do prices include setup and training?
Yes. First setup, data migration and training are included in every case.
